The staff was amazing! They were all very welcoming and professional. The manager went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the hearty breakfast that was offered every day. It was a great way to start the day!

The breakfast was hearty and satisfying, a great way to start the day. the staff is very professional and friendly, providing excellent service during my stay. the location is also ideal, close to many key spots around the city.
I was charged a much higher rate than expected due to the exchange rate and bank fees when paying with a card. It would have been better to pay in cash to avoid this issue.

Traveling from the airport couldn't be easier, with the airport bus stopping nearby. You'll also appreciate the hotel's location, close to the main train station and ferry port for exploring the city. the rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean, with attentive staff on hand to provide excellent service. Enjoy the hearty breakfast spread before heading out for the day.
The hotel could do better in terms of transparency with the currency exchange rate, which caused some inconvenience for EUR card holders.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly, making me feel right at home. They were really good too ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The hearty breakfast provided was a great way to start my day. The hotel's location in Kadikoy was perfect, being very close to the main station and ferry transportation. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
